Worst costumer service I requests send a international wire from this location besides didn't get the money to the account I request until today already past a month I have been several times at the bank talk with others employers no one of them can tell me when I will get my money back ..so I decide to cancel the wire cuz the money never deposited in my account and then I was charge twice so from the 800 I send I will get just 720 because they need to charge me fees because I cancel a wire that already took more than 3 weeks and never get the money yesterday I request to talk with the manager and then Benjamin I think was his name a short and not nice guy try to explain me that is not their fault and i was the one who checked the wire when I signed !!!!! then told me that I will just need to wait more and this is how it's works then walk away from me and left me without words I'm planing to take it far because no one have the right to treat o behave like that to any client!!!! Shame on their services that how they treat their clients
