  • The Day and Night team always provides flexibility, excellent customer service, and hard work. Now that I have been in my position for around 8 months, I have had to deal with all sorts of vendors and technicians for various maintenance calls etc. Day and Night's employees are by far the best to work with. It is such a relief to know that if I need something done, I can have no more than a 2 minute phone call with Liz or Megan and can be confident that Gabe or Mike will be on site as soon as possible. I never have to worry that the job won't get done correctly or that they won't make time for us. Both Gabe and Mike are excellent. I only have to explain something one time and they are on it, working quickly and effectively to complete the job. Specifically, I wanted to point out that we had a leak last night and it was causing a lot of water to fall on one of our expensive machines. I wasn't in the office, so I had to deal with it from home on my cell. I called Day and Night and even though their schedules were booked, it was with no hesitation that they rearranged, so that someone could be at our facility ASAP to handle the emergency. Their technician, Mike, was so easy to communicate with throughout the entire process and followed up with me after the job was done to give me some peace of mind. Thank you guys for all of your hard work! It never goes unnoticed.
