  • Appliances are outdated. Rent is very cheap. You get what you pay for here at the Vineyards. It has not been too bad of a year in regards to the management and complex itself. Maintenance was always here the same/next day after a work order was placed. The new people in the front office are great and very friendly. It is true that the water was turned off multiple times over the last year, but that has since stopped. I have never had any type of bug/insect invade my apartment. There are no roaches or bedbugs on my side of the complex. It is safe enough to walk around at night. If you are bothered by any noise at all DO NOT get a downstairs apartment. The walls are paper-thin. You can hear everything. My downstairs neighbors complain about noise all the time and we are not noisy people at all (no people over and no music- asleep early). The stairs are loud, walking around the second floor apartment is loud, everything is loud. If you do not like noise do not live here; it is an old complex.
