Got locked out of my house... Garage key pad stopped working. They sent someone to pry open the garage door to let me in the house. It was a relief but the cost is quite hefty... A charge of almost $300 just to pry the door open in my opinion is way too high. I can swallow it smoothly if the non-functioning key pad was fixed or replaced but it's just simply to pry open the dam garage door.
UPDATE:
Veteran's Garage quickly responded to this review. It was clarified to this reviewer that they did not service my garage. My impression was that I'm dealing with Veteran's Garage because I called their number. It turns out that they referred me to someone else. Michael offered to come and program my key pad free of charge. This guy came on the day and time he specified. I'm impressed that he's the man of his word. I handed him the keypad I purchased from Home Depot that I keep failing to program over the fast few days. For my surprise, he brought his own pad to program and install for me FREE of charge. I am not giving 5 star for the free pad but for how he handle a disgruntled person like myself. For the past few months since I purchased my place, majority of the person that did work for me are dishonest and/or incompetent. I can say that he's the FIRST and ONLY person I came across with such integrity. I guess there's few good people in the sin city after all.
