First, they got the sizes wrong. Then, they overcharged me. When I pointed it out, the salesperson said she was sorry about the mistake but that she doesn't know how to reverse it on my debit card. She called the manager to get assistance fixing the error...15 minutes later she still couldn't figure it out. I asked for the manager's name and number, and she said she wasn't 'allowed' to give that information out. I guess it's OK to overcharge customers, but it's not OK for customers to contact the manager to get it corrected. I understand these are high school students, but is it really that difficult???
