  • I really like their online appointment check-in system. Makes it very convenient. And I enjoyed the gal that did my cut- she was very friendly & had some good suggestions. However, the overall service was pretty poor. I guess you get what you pay for going to a chain known for cheap prices. But it was pretty disappointing that they did not wash my hair (which was rather oily & gross- I did not wash on purpose expecting to have the FULL professional service at a salon). Instead, she just sprayed my hair with water after doing a dry cut. The cut looks good, overall. She did a great job on layering, but it was pretty disappointing leaving with a half-wet head of cut hair that was not washed or even blow dried & slightly styled. Really seems like they are more concerned with getting as many in & out as they can, instead of really taking the time to care and put more effort into each of their clients. It was a spur of the moment decision on my part, but I can't say I will be back for the kind of service that was provided. More like a last-resort option.
