Steve the service manager went above and beyond to offer me excellent customer service. During my first 3 weeks after moving to Phoenix my 2003 Honda Pilot was in and out of the shop with them. First a minor problem and easy fix, then that went south and became a full transmission repair. But they credited some of the original work from the first visit toward the repair. Then I get it home and it has bizarre electrical problems with the horn and windows, like it was possessed. Steve and his crew worked hard to pinpoint the unusual issue at no cost and set me up for the weekend with a free rental car. The whole time I felt like I Steve was sharing honest opinions and suggestions and taking excellent care of me as a customer. I hope I don't have to be back soon for anything more than routine work now, although I do have to save up for some additional repairs to the front suspension in the near future.
