  • This store is the bomb, I ship almost every other day. The staff there goes over and above..Lauren is one efficient employee, I don't if she's the manager there, if not..She needs a raise. I see her all time, by herself rocking out. Answering phones while packing boxes, taking care of the customers in line. She even remembers the regulars names. Nothing makes you feel more taken care of then that. Kudos to Lauren and the Ups store in Southern Highlands, I've been other ones..there not all the same...Thank you!! Really don't know what I would do without you!!
