  • Unprofessional and Unreliable. I booked a Holiday Special with Tiffany from a Facebook post for family photos. I was excited about the deal we got as we were hoping to save money on pictures with a new baby in the mix. Tiffany would take days to get back to me when I was trying to confirm a date (3-7 days response time between each message), I finally got a date down but then had to continue to message her for a time and location. Tiffany never confirmed the location with me, I called, texted and emailed her days before we were scheduled and continued to attempt to contact her up until the night before... I didn't hear back from her until 4am the morning of our pictures (we were scheduled for 10am), by this point we had already decided she was not reliable and made arrangements for a friend to come over and just take some basic photos for us. I messaged her with my complaints and she responded by letting me know she had been updating her Facebook with information regarding location (this is not true for my date as I have screen shot the entire feed for proof). Customers should not be responsible for constantly checking Facebook page when that was not agreed on. She never bothered to call or text me back so if I did not check Facebook I would have never seen the 4am message to me. I suppose the saying "you get what you pay for" is true in this case. Spend extra for a true professional. All the negative reviews about Tiffany are spot on. Please also check BBB for her grade for more proof. I will also be contacting them as well as speaking with my bank as she refuses to provide us a refund.
