I hate myself every time I go to this location. Problem is, I work at UNLV right across the street and the Starbucks on campus is not much better. From the drive through lady who is not friendly, rarely says thank you, to the staff inside who today was pretty inept at taking care of my refund.
I ordered a Venti Chili Mocha today. The cup felt light to begin with (not uncommon here), but when I got to my office and took the lid off, there was maybe 10oz. of what should have been a 20oz. cup of $6 coffee. I went back to the location (which I've never done, despite previous poor quality), asked for a refund to my gold card (not a remake), the lady walked away and had them start to remake it. They were out of the powder and were scurrying around looking for it. When I was able to catch their attention to repeat that I just wanted a refund, one girl commented "we used it on you?" referring to the last of the powder.
Once given my refund they could not find a pen for me to sign the refund ticket, and let me leave to "not waste anymore of my time".
This was the first 45 minutes of my work day.
