  • I have been living at spectrum for about four months now. I have had no problems living here thus far, problems are quickly resolved, it is in a good location of Charlotte - close to Sycamore and other points of interest in Charlotte, and staffed by pleasant individuals. Good amenities, including the pool, dog park, and gym. I believe that they need to do a little more maintenance on the gym since many of the cardio machines frequently malfunction, but to be fair, tenants rarely report it to staff and just expect it to be fixed. If you are a new person moving to Charlotte and planning on working in uptown, I would recommend this complex because it has good light rail access and is in good locality to work and play.
