  • Let's start by saying when there's a line before 5:30pm then you know something is good. What a GEM! My friends and I arrived there at 5:35pm and oh my good gawd there was a line and people were already sitting down inside. When we got to the front we were told that the wait for a table will be an hour. Being that I've heard a lot of great things about this restaurant we opt to wait. We grabbed a drink at the back bar and sat in that back room. (Wish they made that room into a dinning area instead of a waiting room) Eventually after 30 minutes we were seated. YAY! We already knew what we wanted so at that time I sat and looked at all the photos on the wall of celebrities who ate at Lotus of Siam. Food: Crispy duck with panang NAM KAO TOD: (Crispy rice mixed with sour cubed pork sausages, cilantro, green onions, grounded dry chilis, ginger, peanuts and lime juice) Thai Fried Rice DRUNKEN NOODLE PRAWNS FoodGasmn! The food was full of bold flavors and delicious. Definitely a place to visit whenever I'm in Vegas.
