  • Needs to be an option for ZERO stars...or negative stars maybe? If you would like one of the most stressful meals of your life with absolutely wretched service then please be sure to make a reservation here today! We have been coming here for decades and the last few times the service has declined drastically. Unfortunately management seems oblivious to the problems. Visited here for Mother's Day and it was easily one of the worst levels of service I have ever experienced with a meal. From the waitstaff rolling their eyes when customers would ask them for things, to one disgustingly unpleasant nightmare of a server (who I believe is named Maria?) who hands down wins the award for b---tchiest server I have ever encountered...ever. It's quite a shame because this place used to be such a darling, fun experience for families to enjoy. We will definitely be visiting other local tea rooms before ever stepping foot in Miss Molly's again. If you would like to have a fun refreshing and enjoyable experience with outstanding customer service consider visiting the dragonfly tea room in Canal Fulton or Miss Hickory's Tea Room. I am confident they could not do any worse than what we have experienced here today.
