  • Came out last year to fix a shark bite on our irrigation bypass valve. Charged $275 to fix it; we turned it on yesterday and it failed. Called Julian's today and they blamed it on freezing, but we took precautions so that it wouldn't freeze; they're also saying it's not covered by warranty, even though it's less than a year old. Called another plumber in Mooresville and they said they can fix it for $125.
