  • I have lived here for the past 5 years. We rent. The grounds are kept very clean and it is always quiet no matter what time of day it is. There are 2 pools with 2 accompanying hot tubs and a very nice work out room. The community/HOA manager ken Wells is an amazing human being. HOA meetings are once a month without fail. Sunscape also has a very lush landscape which is nice. I find it very peaceful and tranquil. I would stay away from living in a unit that borders the continental golf course. They offer night golf and as fun as it is to watch those people get drunk rowdy and loud. As long as you don't live one the golf course your good to go. I have also never hear of any vehicles being broken into nor seen evidence of it. All in all it's a great place to live and if you like the club scene your no more than a hop skip and jump from old town!!!
