Really not impressed with this place, I've been here about three or four times each time the staff is rude and slow. Looks like they work on commission and try to get every penny out of you the can. If they nickel and dime you for a "battery changing " of 20 bucks I would never make any large purchases here.
Today I am here because of a diehard battery I bought a year ago is not starting.
The soft-spoken but rude greeter says my warranty expired three days ago. "Sorry I just work here". I know it's three days and letter of the law they have me for a warranty overage of a couple days but it's just not right . So they take my car out the services is the probably work a deal with you and give you the battery. Upon paying the commission driven salesman states it'll be $119. Then recants and states that if there was a manager here he probably would've just given me the battery but he's been gone for two weeks sorry.
I can tell now why Sears going under all of the country. They've lost me and my family as customers. I could overlook the three days over the warranty thing but they're poor customer service and rudeness has ended my loyalty to them.
