It's really sad when you voice out your concern for finding a piece of hair in the food and in their defense say that it was not them because "they wear hair nets" and instead say that "it has to be the customers fault." Really? My hair was tied up... And I have light hair. That hair was dark, long and course.... Also, it was the first dish I got and there were no customers in there because I went right when they opened for breakfast. Way to defend yourself by blaming "the customer" and no apologies for it. In a better business, you apologize no matter where the hair came from and make the customer feel that they will assure quality in their food they serve. Worst customer service and disgusting to say the very least.
