  • I can't review their actual tree service. I can only say that I called them twice over the last 10 days to arrange an appointment. Urban Forest told me "Brian" would call. I still have not received a call. I would think a call back within 48 hours would be reasonable. I can't imagine what would happen if I had an emergency. I'll look somewhere else for this service.
