  • My warranty company recommended them to fix a faucet. The faucet piece that snapped off they said was not normal wear and tear. They said it was negligence (not covered under warranty) I asked if they could fix some other things separate from the faucet. Big mistake. Now I have no sink because they pulled the old one out and left. They said they were going to come out today after they spent four hours here yesterday. This morning, no one called. no one showed up. When I finally got through to them they said oh don't worry will come tomorrow. I told them forget about it.
