I have a 2012 Ford Explorer I paid 43,000 for. It's been in for repairs several times. Now the airbag light is on. I tried to do an inspection report but that option is no longer available to me since I no longer have the option of Sync my ride. Sync my ride also enabled me to have a navigation system which is now useless. Ford Dealership and Earnhardt are no help at all. When called about these issues they told me to just use my phone for navigation. In doing research about the airbag issue I discover there are thousands with the same issue and Ford is not covering this. I reported them to NHTSA which I recommend others to do. This is a serious issue and is costing hundreds or thousands to fix. When I took my vehicle in I was told they did not have the time to look at it. Ford no longer backs the vehicles they sell. I hope others will think twice before buying a Ford. I will never buy another one again.
