  • This property does not exactly meet the standards of BW plus category. We made a reservation on phone at 2am but 20 minutes later when we got to the hotel, there was no reservation and no room to be found. Exact same thing happened with another family. Evidently, the hotel manager working the night shift forgot to update the inventory so even the vacant rooms had not been cleaned up by the housekeeping. What was worse is that the guy had no clue about what's going on and what he can do for two different customers turning up at 2:30am. And he won't even tell us anything. It took our family 75 minutes to walk into the room while for the other family it may have taken 90 minutes or maybe more. But once the guy realized his mistake, he was very accommodating and hospitable. The breakfast is very average. Waffle pancakes, walnuts, raisins, cereals, sausage, bacon, scrambled egg, coffee, tea etc. Room is also comfortable. Can't complain.
