So the phlebotomy tech's are good and that's where it ends! Did away with receptionist and you have to sign in on an iPad that tries to auto correct names! To bad their brain trust back in corporate wasn't smart enough to put instructions in big letters on the iPad so the elderly could see what they needed to do. But, hey that's what other patients are for, because Quest believes in HIPPA.
Their phone appointment system is a joke that does not understand English! 30 minutes later, no appointment and it just gets tired and hangs up on you.
The online system, you need a dang bit of luck to find it. Then you had better want an appointment 30 days out or good luck!
And why can't we find all of our payables in one location? Why do we have to have each individual invoice number.
Then they hate getting lab request from the doctors. If you don't carry them in you have a 30/70 chance their people pulled them off the fax and put them in the system.
Oh well no one ever said that Quest Diagnostics corporate cared about quality patient care and not quarterly dividends!
