| - Customer service is shot to Hell. From check-in (beware of hidden fees), to the help that's standing in the center of the lobby (they will look right through you if you are black; the lady walked directly past us and asked the couple behind us if she could help them, my sister politely replied "yes, you may help US"), to the front desk not allowing you back into my room when my key card was inoperable-their fault. They said I had to have my Id.company policy; you stupid fools how am I supposed to get my I.d. to show you I'm me, so you can fix my key, if my id is in the room?! They could care less. My Sister had to come all the way back to show her I.d. I don't play the race card, whatever that looks like..but they don't seem to really honor black patrons. And for that reason alone, I will NEVER return. 1 Star, because attitude is everything.. and the rooms look nice but could use a little refreshing. Especially the zebra print chase, as soon as you look at it, you can tell its been screwed on a lottttt of times. Ewww.
