This is my aunt's favorite go-to for a large variety of fabric, and we're once again visiting the establishment more often because she's designing the bridesmaid dresses for my sister's wedding.
From the 2 times I've paid the establishment a visit, I've only appreciated the customer service coming from Bea and Roxanne.
There's this one rep who keeps ignoring the growing line - dark brown hair with a colorful tattoo on her left arm's inner bicep. The first time I went with my sister, we literally only needed a swatch of the fabric to bring back to my aunt, and she just avoided eye contact to work on tasks that can be picked up when there's no line. After about 10-15 minutes of waiting, Bea apologized to us for having to wait for a sample.
Second visit was better with Roxanne cutting multiple types of fabric for my aunts and sister. I certainly appreciated her patience with my aunt's requests.
Onto more relevant information, for about 12 yards of chiffon (different shades of blue), and I think it was about 7-8 yards of polyester for dress lining, I spent around $115.
So yeah... Only reason I knock out a star is 'cause of that one sales rep avoiding customers. Otherwise, there's a good variety of materials and price ranges for customers.
