  • For over decade, I was a loyal Cox customer and stood by and watched their rates go up and up every year. Last month my bill went from an exaggerated $150 to over $200 per month. For one TV, one computer and no additional movies channels. They said they would work with me and lowered it to a comical $178. Never experienced a more narrow-minded, unfair company in my life. So long Cox hello Direct TV!
