  • If a place could earn a minus rating this would be the place. I've come to the conclusion those who can't sell used cars turn to mattress selling. Walked into this place looking for a new queen mattress. Right out of the box Lenny proceeds to show us a $1300.00 mattress. Told him what our limit was and he complied showed us queens in the 400 to 500 range. When I mentioned we had looked at mattress's at Sam's club he became very confrontational, DEMANDED to know the what was the difference was. I told him we were done, he yelled "you guys are rediculious and pathetic". I asked for the store manager who was seated all this time, Kevin Simons. He stated he had nothing to say. Asked for the name of the regional manger..Lenny said his name was Joe and gave me the number for the service dept. Don't bother with this store. They have no interest in meeting the needs of their potential customers....instead take a short drive down the street to Mattrerss Outlet and work with Conrad.
