  • Lost customers today!!! I was a customer of this store for a long time they had a great guy in plumbing, Donnie, who helped me a BUNCH of times. He would go out of his way. But today, after what I witnessed, they have lost my business forever. Started when I heard the manager shouting "I'm the manager, and I'm not taking it back!" Loud, angry, agressive, so I looked to see who he was yelling at only to see a little old lady who wasn't but 4'6", maybe...tiny little thing, and a person with her. Looked like they were trying to exchange a faucet. Apparently the lady had bought it from there a few years back, and as it had a lifetime warranty, she was asking if she could do an exchange. Instead of handling it professionally and quietly, this "manager" was not only rude and loud, he was downright nasty! To a little old lady, of all things! Totally disgusted...they have had alot of staff turnover at this store in the last few years, and no wonder! If this is how they are treating their customers, what the heck are they doing to their staff! Needless to say, the old lady said "you lost a customer today" to the manager, and she's right, he lost some today. Time to boycott bad customer service! There are way too many other places in this town to go to, don't need to be giving hard earned money to people to act like that! Avoid it at all costs!!! Horrible!!
