| - I strolled in here looking for a watch. Since people boasted that it was a much bigger AA coupled with a larger inventory, I opted for this location. I wish I hadn't.
I had my top 5 choices picked off their website. Yet I couldn't find a single one at the display near the counter. After trying to get the attention of the woman at the register (think she was the manager/supervisor), she finally got someone else to help me. I asked her if they had one in mustard as I'd seen it online, but she informed me they didn't. She didn't even check. OK, thank you. The sales associate took me over to their other watch display and had another person get the watches down for me. It was impractical as I had to exit the store, stand in front of the shop window, and nod when he got to the watches I wanted to try. Finally, got the watches! Woot!
By this point, I felt like cattle being herded. A few days later, I wore my watch and realized that the battery had died. The exchange policy for this store (for their watches, at least) has to be done at this specific location within 7 days so I had to scurry back. Overall the Sales associates are nice, but the management definitely needs an attitude adjustment.
