We had a renovated room in the Boulevard Tower. It was very large with a balcony & had gorgeous decor. The Japanese soaking tub was an unexpected nice touch!!
Unfortunately our room on the 58th floor overlooked a pool so we effectively attended the day party from our room..... VERY loud music and DJ noise. I can only imagine how loud it was down at the actual pool! I know most people won't be in their room in the middle of the day, but we were locals on a staycation so relaxation was the name of the game for us. I didn't knock any stars off for this since again, most people won't be hanging out in the room during
Despite the other reviews, we couldn't hear any noise from the adjacent rooms so maybe that's something they're addressing as they renovate.
Great selection of casual as well as upscale dining.
Not much in the way of shopping in this hotel's footprint, but close enough to Crystals if you have the urge to help our Vegas economy and drop some retail cash.
There are two towers..Boulevard (farthest from lobby & check-in) and Chelsea. It's a hike between the two of them so if you are parking a car, I suggest valet or park closest to Chelsea elevators since that is closer to the lobby.
ALL hotels in Vegas have a check-in line that looks 500 people deep & wait time of 30+ minutes in the afternoon so manage that expectation and grab a drink before you get in line and you won't be disappointed.
This is not a great hotel for families IMO....there are properties better suited for families and the kiddos could enjoy the pool/amenities.
They are dog friendly and have a small dog run on the 14th floor of Chelsea tower. It's not much so don't get too excited, but it works in a pinch. To take your pup on a walk, exit from the Boulevard Tower onto Las Vegas Blvd and go left to the Bellagio property where there are lots of trees, bushes/shrubs and mulch for doggo to sniff and take care of business. Take your own poo-bag tho as there are no sani-stations stocked with bags.
