  • Went to Salt today at the Ipic theatre and sat at bar for about 15 min and the bartender Steven didn't even acknowledge our presence. I sat by and observed him assist a Caucasian woman and a Caucasian couple that came to the bar well after us and be greeted and explained the menu. This bartender then has the audacity to turn his back and go back to cleaning the bar after he helps people that came in afterwards. Finally a woman comes over and asks if we need anything. I let the female bartender know about the poor experience but I was so upset I was shaking. I feel like this happened because we are two black females, we didn't show up looking tacky and we've been to bar before and had great service from another bartender. I'm really disappointed in the Ipic theatre bar tonight!! That's a major understatement.
