  • STAY AWAY!!! CROOKS, LIARS & COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL RUN!!!! I called in 9/13/2017 spoke to "CINDY" asked them about an EMERGENCY procedure performed at their office over 1 Yr ago and she confirmed they had only taken a 1 Tooth X-RAY. These SCAM ARTISTS billed Delta Dental for a FULL MOUTH X-RAY! I asked them to call Delta dental to let them know it was a mistake. Cindy indicated that her "OFFICE MANAGER" would have to be the one to call, it would take them a few days to make the call and correct their mistake. Here we are now after numerous calls to the office trying to follow up, Cindy is always with client(bless her heart) and when I ask for the mysterious "OFFICE MANAGER" she is always gone for the day, on vacation or on lunch, boy she's got it good! Until a few days ago, I came to find out they don't have an office manager but they are working on filling that position. I was given at least 3 different names for this "Office Manager" Samantha, then her name was Jennifer and now I am waiting on a call back from a Stephanie! WHAT A JOKE! Finally got a hold of Cindy today 11/20/2017 - they did call Delta Dental - Took them long enough! But...Guess what? They now claim they did a Panel X-RAY AKA FULL MOUTH X-RAY! I cannot believe these crooks! They confirmed they only had performed 1 tooth X-RAY when I first contacted them 9/13/17 and now they change their story and say it was a FULL MOUTH X-RAY!!! Their office manager "STEPHANIE" will be calling me back in a few hours to go over some details Cindy was unable to discuss. Let me grab a cup of tea and a comfy chair while I wait another 2 months for a response! I will gladly update my review IF I get a call back from "Stephanie" but until than I will make sure I share my HORRIBLE experience with everyone I know! Because of their "Mistake" or intentional "error" Delta Dental will not cover another "Full Mouth X-Ray" that was performed at another dentist office. Which means I have to come out of pocket over $250.00. The only person that was helpful and seemed concerned with no one getting back to us and had some initiative to call us back was Dexter. Thank you Dexter!
