  • Have used Brimley's since ~1995, which is, I believe, when they opened for business. We continue to use them because the technicians are polite and conscientious and do a fantastic job. And because the Chem-Dry Protectant (a stain guard applied after the cleaning process) really works. Repeat: The Protectant REALLY works! I request it every.single.time our carpets are cleaned, and it's worth every penny. Having first used the Protectant in a commercial setting, I knew that it would prolong the life of our residential carpet despite daily wear and unfortunate mishaps. Great service, great product.
