Terrible service. I need supplies every 3 weeks for my doctor's visit. They told me they could only send supplies every 30 days. How is that supposed to work? When my 3rd order never arrived, I called to be placed on hold for over 15 minutes only to be told call back tomorrow ext. 7200 billing. I called back the next day entered 7200 (15 on hold), was told I needed to talk with billing ext.7200 and she would transfer me. On hold another 31 minutes before being told they had sent paperwork to my doctor two days ago and were waiting. They could not explain why I received an email from them saying my supply would arrive a week ago. This sounds confusing to you and was very confusing to me. No accountability, no follow-up. If you have an alternative, you should take it.
