  • I finally got the Prime rib that is served only on the weekends. WOW. Now I know why they run out every time early. So tender and flavorful, I mean, the fat was good. Very country with mashed potatoes and gravy but that's good too. I would like to give five stars but the CFS I had the first time was jus OK. You can call ahead and reserve a prime rib if you know your gonna be later as usual. They usually run out by 6pm.
