  • Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Went there just to shop, was not greeted or checked up on at all. I saw this cute pair of shorts on clearance for $15. I noticed their policy that you can't return clearance items, so I went to the fitting rooms to try it on before buying. After trying on 2 sizes to see which one would fit, I regrettably decided to buy the one that fit. I wasn't sure where to put the other pair that didn't fit, so I went up to an employee and politely asked where to put them. She said NOTHING to me and just put out her wrist, gesturing that she'd take them. I put it on her wrist and she took them and turned away from me, looking annoyed. Can you say WORST customer service ever? The lady that rang me up wasn't friendly either. I work in retail, and I swear, if I EVER acted the way the employees at this Wet Seal act towards customers, I'd be fired on the spot. And then, I get home and wash the shorts, and the cheap-shit China fabric wrinkled up in the wash! Absolutely inconvenient for everyday wear, seeing as I'll now have to IRON them out every time I want to wear them. Great. This place deserves to go out of business. Never again!
