I'm rather pissed off that toward the end of last year their "system crashed". When it happened, supposedly all of our reward points went missing. At first they said the points would be restored by the middle of Feb, then the end of Feb, then the middle of March. Needless to say, I still don't have my points back. I had enough points for a $100 credit. I guess I'll never be getting my points back. So unfortunate that customers are being treated like this. I spend about 250 a week at this dispensary, but I think it's time to take my business elsewhere.
