We came because of the Groupon deal. I think it is a good decision.
We had a beet and goat cheese salad that is so good that we cannot stop enjoying the dish. It contains regular and golden beet. It is very refreshing as the dressing is light and sweet.
The burger we ordered is the salmon burger. It is a big piece of good salmon. I usually am not so passionate about salmon. But this one make me want to have more. The salmon is fresh and the meat is juicy and soft.
We ended the dinner with a trio sorbet. There are three scoops of sorbet with raspberry, mango and coconut. The sorbet is thick and tasted like fresh fruit. We enjoyed them so much. I was a bit annoyed at the time it took to prepare the dessert dish. We wait additional 20 min just to get the sorbet after the meal.
In all, we like the food very much. Even without the Groupon deal, I think the price range is reasonable with the quality of food you get.
The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is because of the service. When we came in, we were led to a very small 2 person table with a few shopping bags on hand. We asked for a larger table so we can put things away and eat comfortably. Then we were pointed to a table by the entry door and service station that has a lot of foot traffic and no privacy. So we asked again to be seated more inside as we saw there was an empty booth adjacent to inner wall. The waitress just looked at us and said that it is not cleaned. We were then just said "forget it" and sit uncomfortably on that noisy table. But honestly speaking, why can't she make any effort to accommodate customer's request? How hard would it be to ask someone to clean up the table? There are a lot of ways to better handle the situation than simply decline customer's wish. If not for that Groupon deal and also it is the last day we are in town to be able to use it, we could have missed all the good food and just left.
