  • I spent hours searching the web and "Yelp" for a landscape company that I believed would help create the backyard vision my wife and I had. Oddly as last resort and desperation, I invited Living Water to provide a solution. After a one hour meeting, Mark came back with a rendering which dang near nailed it! He was pleasant and welcoming with regard to making the necessary modification to the rendering that my wife desired. I was given a time frame from start to finish and it was honored. There were changed requested after the finial installation and Living Water came through with no push back or hassle. I know nothing about trees, shrubs, or ground cover except, water, trim and rack. My wife and I were specific in what we preferred in appearance, color, and maintenance. Mark and his wife came up with solutions. Part of this backyard project included the installation of a Jacuzzi spa, which required collaboration between three entities (electric, spa, & landscaper). Mark's crew ensured it went seamlessly (My wife & I were out of the country when it all took place!). So why did I not rate "5". As in everything, there is always room for improvement. At times, the communication was lacking between myself & the foreman as to where we were in the project. It's not that he was behind, it was not knowing specific days were "none working at my residence." There were a few incidents when the labor exceeded the original scope due to changes I requested, although I would have approved; the price wasn't revealed until the invoice arrived. The price was appropriate and within reason, it's just standard practice. Last input: If you're looking for quality work, quality product, and have a need to work with respectable & knowledgable people; Living Water Lawn & Garden IS your vendor.
