  • I technically haven't seen anyone at Agave Pediatrics because they wouldn't return my call. I tried to make an appointment to get my son's tongue and lip ties treated, but after not having my call returned by the coordinator for three days I found a different practice that could get it fixed within a week. This was great because he was rapidly becoming unable to nurse and my milk supply was suffering. Finally, exactly a WEEK later I got one missed call from their office late in the afternoon, but they didn't leave a message. I then received an email saying they had been unable to reach me and to call the office to schedule. By then my son was already treated and well on his way to recovery. I gave them a middle of the road rating because the staff I did talk to was kind and it really seems like they know their stuff regarding ties so bashing wouldn't be fair, but don't call them hoping to get anything done quickly. If your little one is really struggling with a tie, there are other places that truly make an effort to have it resolved quickly.
