  • If there was a 0 , I would give it a 0 !! This was THE WORST hotel I have ever stayed in. Our room smelled like animals and due to our allergies acting up we realized there was cat and dog hair in the room. We had stayed in Wyndham Rewards Hotels all 3 nights prior but discovered this to be nothing more than a homeless shelter where pets are allowed in every room. The slamming of doors all night long combined with dogs barking in the homeless people's rooms, made for no sleep. There were sticky white stains everywhere which I took pictures of. The electric was very sketchy and there WILL be a fire there at some point. There were people in the lobby when I checked out and I advised them NOT to get a room there. They had a small child. If we hadn't had to catch a flight in the morning , we would have left. 4 nights in hotels , this was the most expensive and the biggest dump I have ever been in. Like the Health Board needs to be called in !!! To sum it up, GROSS ! I have pictures and hope to add them to this review, as my words do not fully describe what we encountered.
