Recently stayed here for two nights. Happy with my stay overall. We had a one bedroom king with small kitchen and living area. Unit must have been recently updated because there was a slightly "off" smell that may have been from new carpet? Unit was clean and we did get service once during our stay. Kitchen is stocked with limited essentials so if you plan on doing serious cooking you may want to bring some extra supplies. But we had dishes, glasses, a few pots/pans, etc. Whoever furnished these rooms selected some pieces that were seriously oversized for the bedroom. Although space was tight, we didn't spend much time in the room so it wasn't a problem.
Great pool area. The one outside our unit had four individual canopied areas with cushiony chairs underneath for those who wanted to enjoy some shade. We were surprised that no free coffee/tea was offered in the lobby during the morning. Additionally Internet is not free in the rooms--runs about $7 a day. There is free Wi-Fi in the lobby. Gym was small and equipment was dated.
Beaware--Google Maps will send you slightly astray with directions to/from resort, but it is easy to figure out.
I would say 5 stars for value, 3.5 for hotel quality overall. I would recommend this resort and would stay here again.
