  • Food quality at this tropical smoothie is the worst. Their customer service is ok. They really need to retrained their employees on how to cool their items in their menu. I went to this loc at about 1140 and asked for a chicken wrap, the employee there said the chicken was frozen and that it would take at least 35 or so minutes to defrost. Really?? I hope they fix this problem and I can start going back as I am a fan of tropical smoothie.
