rev:text	I will never think this place is worth no more then $950. For it to be at high $1500ish a month is a total joke. Move to plantation down the road. When I first moved in I thought it was somewhat decent. Upgraded appliance and washer/dryer in unit. All new! Great. I thought. But I was wrong. I live on the first floor, which I liked but the people upstairs made it a damn terrible experience so far. The floor is paper thin. I can hear everything upstairs. They walk hard, back and forth constantly. I can't sleep sometimes or nap when I want to. Complained many times but it didn't stop. Now I'm in a process of moving because I have gotten in touch with a person in corporate office who can actually get me out of that unit and transfer to second floor without any loss to me. But I still think they should of told the second floor to move to the first floor since they can't be considerate. I won't be the only person that will be disturbed. The next people will damn sure deal with them. When I went to look at the unit I'm moving into I noticed some spider webs around patio. The carpet looked and felt old. The oven wasn't cleaned for move in, though it was out on the market. Window edges when you open the window were dirty. So was the patio doors. They had it on market for about $1400ish. It's a joke because who would pay that kind of money for something that isn't luxurious? Let alone, it isn't even up to par with its cleaning for new tenants. Just disappointing. Came in with high hopes, but am disappointed. Leasing consultants are nice though. I believe the property manager is too. They all do what they can in my opinion. The corporate needs to do better.
