We had something to celebrate so where else would we go in Pittsburgh? The atmosphere lends to the celebration and made my sister feel so special for graduating college. It's the perfect place to go to welcome her to the adult world. But my 17-month old son wasn't out of place, which isn't what I expected! The staff was very friendly to him and there was a changing table in the bathroom for him, plus a high chair.
I had the veal and shrimp Romano piccata and it was delicious. The rest of the party had the filet mignon and one person had the crab cakes. Everyone loved their meals. I also had the table side ceased salad which felt decadent. And speaking of, the carrot cake for dessert was a perfect end to my meal.
I was happy that we were seated by the window bc duh, that's what we were there for. The view was just out of this world, of course.
I do wish the valet pulled right up to the door at the end of the night. This might seem stupid to complain, but why should I cross the street to get the car as it pulls out of the parking lot? I could have done that myself without paying $6 + tip.
