One hour and two phone call wait for the shuttle to pick us up and a front desk clerk (Shelby) who would rather be anywhere else but working the front desk at a hotel soured our stay before we even got to the room. Update to the next morning - front desk supervisor, Lou, could not have been any nicer or more professional upon check out and shuttle driver, Bobby, was friendly and timely. What a difference staff makes!
