  • This is the newest location right in front of Concord Mills. I recently visited this store since my refrigerator stopped working and I was in market to get a new one. I decided to visit this place since it's closest and I can also check out H H Gregg as well as Best Buy in single trip. I arrived at the store and went straight to the appliance area. I couldn't find anyone there so I had to go to a different section to call help. I waited full ten minutes before someone came to help. I talk the rep who didn't look or sounded any enthusiastic to help me so I decided to check out other stores. Finally I decided to check out the Lowe's in university area which was perfect opposite. I arrived and a lady was there to help. Not only she explained why there some price differences but she also gave me great deal on my new stainless steel refrigerator (more details on their review).
