  • I stopped in yesterday for an oil change.... Easy Cheesy, right.... Well the guy on the phone just gave me a "yes, we can do it, bring it in"... So I did. When I got there the chap that was taking my info asked if the guy on the phone had let me know they were running about an 1.5 hour wait time due to their tire sale? I said no, but shrugged it off. As he continued to take my info he once again mentioned it would be about 1.5 - 2 hours... Again I shrugged it off.... My oil change took a little over 2.5 hours... I didn't have anywhere to be....but I had grown tired of waiting... So twice I went out to the counter to inquire about "how much longer?".... I tried to be tactful but I feel as I wasn't as tactful as I had wanted to be.... Regardless, the employees were kind. When I went to leave and pay for my oil change....the employee took care of me and made all right!! Even exclaimed "thanks for your somewhat patience...I know it took longer than estimated." I appreciated the gesture!! My crossword puzzle book and I will be back in about 5000 miles!! Thank you Mesa Big O for taking care of your customers!!
