rev:text	Mmm...ribs. Who could say no to ribs? Two of my friends and I went on Thursday night. We easily found parking across the street. As part of the Yelp Elite event, we got VIP passes from Kris (thank you!). The VIP pass is amazing! You simply flash your VIP pass at any ribber, and you'll be served next! It's definitely worth getting at least one for the group because it will save you a lot of time. Plus, it is valid all weekend long. You also get a beer mug and access to the VIP area, right by the stage. My friends and I tried ribs from Bibb's, Billy Bones, and Kentucky. We had a great start with Bibb's ribs. They were pretty good -- juicy and saucy. We ordered a sampler from Billy Bones and we were disappointed with how dry their meats were! The ribs were nicely smoked, but they were too dry for my taste. The chicken was so dry that we could not finish it. Their pulled pork was all right. Kentucky's ribs were juicy and had a slight smoked taste, but it was lacking in the sauce department. With a few breweries on-site, I gave Nickel Brook's green apple pilsner a try and it was not bad. I also had a couple choco churros, which were pretty good. But we LOVED Jamie's cracked corn! A little sweet and a little salty. It is a light snack that tastes great! We bought a bag to bring home and we're already halfway through the bag. ;) There are also other vendors selling a variety of snacks, such as fries, roasted corn-on-the-cob, roasted yam, blooming onion, slushies, and ice cream. There was live music on the stage all night long. It's great, especially if you love country music. There were many picnic tables set up all over Celebration Square, too. I'm planning to go back tomorrow to try other ribbers, especially since I have my handy-dandy VIP pass!
