  • I have to admit that this review was in my "draft" box for almost a year. Just found it and am posting. I originally found this place on Groupon. It was a good deal...flat rate for Brazilian hair removal. That is until I got in the room. Then they informed me it did not include the rear side. Please tell me where have you ever heard of a Brazilian that did not include front and back?!?!? I thought that was pretty rotten of them to slip that in. So, I had to pay an additional $100 to include the rear. Audry has a great disposition...which is why I am giving this place 2 stars instead of one. She is so nice and friendly and makes you feel comfortable in such precarious positions. Other than that, a few times I arrived, Audry was off getting food or a drink and I had to wait. Once even 25 minutes past my appt time...which it only takes about 15 minutes, so that was a whole appt...and no one offered me even a simple apology!!! The treatments were ok. But I still have a lot of hair on areas that were treated. Some parts are much better than others and overall I'd say there was a 50% reduction in hair. People say you get what you pay for, and I would have to agree with that. I would not use them again.
