  • I brought a pair of mens shoes in to have the soles and heals replaced. The shoes had a one piece rubber sole and heal and left marks on some floors. I asked the man if they could replace the rubber with leather soles and heals and he said yes. When I went in to pick up the shoes I couldn't believe it because instead of replacing the soles and heals they just sanded down the existing one piece rubber sole and heal and glued a thin leather sole and heal over it. This is very shoddy work and terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and never go to the best shoe repair for any work. The worst ever!!!!
